Welcome to Mount Carmel Catholic College for Girls, a Catholic secondary school for girls in the heart of Islington. We are a small family college with a strong culture of hard work, high standards and expectations; a purposeful community where all students can enjoy their learning and achieve their full potential.
Our strong pastoral team ensures all our girls are fully supported and our innovative curriculum is delivered through a variety of learning strategies to ensure that it meets the needs of all learners. I am proud to be Principal of such a successful school; one that cares passionately about the education of all its students.

For the second year running the Yr 7 Reading for Pleasure Book Club has been a resounding success with feedback suggesting students have gained self-confidence enhancing their ability to be expressive whilst learning across the curriculum.
