College Staff
The College is an 'investor in people' organisation. All staff are recognised as talented individuals that enable the College to succeed.
The Governors of the College employ over ninety staff both teaching and non teaching. All staff contracts are with the 'Catholic Education Service'.
The majority of the staff are not Catholic but must recognise the unique character of the College as a Catholic school.
Many staff have been with the College for many years and are encouraged to undertake Continuous Professional Development (CPD). Performance Management is carried out at all levels and is embedded in the organisation.
The College is an excellent place to work.
